Purpose of Job:

The purpose of this role is to develop, lead, and manage the demand planning process for the HAS (HuberAgro Solutions) European-based businesses.

The role supports and facilitates the monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by delivering a 24-month consensus forecast and also contributes to the annual budgeting cycle.

Main Responsibilities:

Forecasting & Demand Planning
- Drive the monthly forecasting process for HAS Europe, maintaining a rolling 24-month forecast.

Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing
- Build strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, Ops, and Finance.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Business, or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in S&OP, IBP, demand planning, or materials management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven expertise in statistical forecasting methods such as Winter’s Method, Holt Exponential Smoothing, and Croston’s, with a strong track record of applying these to improve forecast accuracy.
Experience as a superuser of Oracle Demand Management Cloud, with the ability to maintain data integrity across Oracle Demand and ERP systems.
Solid business acumen, with an understanding of customer segmentation, market dynamics, and key commercial drivers.
Strong analytical skills and a high level of comfort working with complex data.

Position Summary

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct or oversee all aspects of producing an appraisal, including research, analysis, and report writing.

Utility Bulk Loader/Bagger is responsible for maintaining compliance with the Minimum Mandatory Standards and Requirements within his/her sphere of influence. Inspects trucks and railcars and loads them following the plant instructions.

Position Summary

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Position Summary

Lube technicians are primarily responsible for lubricating the machines. They manage the oil storage building, grease bearings, top-up machines, perform oil changes, make or support decisions to upgrade or change a lubricant. They work with lubricant suppliers and consultants to keep machines running smoothly. They also manage contamination cotrol efforts by maintaining breathers and filters, using filter carts. Will have all the duties and responsibilities of the Senior Quality Technician and Quality Technician.
ISO 9001 competence and internal auditor experience. Additional certifications as required by site.

Lead Quality Technicians to ensure testing and task continuity, may assign or delegate duties to other co-workers/ peers.

Position Summary

The Utility Operator is responsible for ensuring the shipments meet plant order requirements, quality of product is within specifications, the correct product is packaged following plant instructions, package labeling meets requirements, finished product weights are within range. Plant orders could be in bags weighing up to 50 lbs. or super sacks. Utility Operator reports to the Production Supervisor. 3rd Shift Position 11PM - 7AM.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining compliance with the Huber Sustainability Management Standard requirements, within their sphere of influence. This may or may not include compliance with any air permits, wastewater permits, storm water permits, or other rules as presented to the employee as requirements.

Potentially Significant EH&S Impact(s): In charge of monitoring their equipment for visible emissions, immediate shut down of equipment with visible emissions and reporting emissions to their manager. Additionally, report all spills, incidents, and near hits to their manager, and input into Enablon.

1. Operate the blending system to ensure recipes meet specifications and that all packaged bags and supersacks comply with weight tolerances and regulatory labeling requirements. Manual handling and palletizing bags, weighing up to 50 lbs, may be required at a rate of up to 120 per hour for the shift.

2. Able to operate, troubleshoot, and service bulk powders and packaging equipment, but not limited to, supersack fillers and automatic bagging systems.

3. Services and repairs equipment as directed.

4. Keeps palletizer supplied with pallets, slip sheets and other needed supplies.

5. Cleans super sacks and bagged pallets in the pallet blow-off booth and wraps them to stabilize for shipment.

6. Warehouses finished product.

7. Performs preventative maintenance servicing of equipment as required. Ensure energy isolation is performed before repair work begins.

8. Advises following shift and maintenance of operating problems and conditions.

9. Complete required paperwork but not limited to plant orders, sample tags, lift truck inspections report, work request, and downtime reports.

10. Stencils product with customer information, repalletizes product, dumps nonconforming product.

11. Maintains and oversees good housekeeping practices. Inspects packaging supplies for reuse.

Has a thorough knowledge of each mill and its operation, the ability to start up, run and explain material flow of product through the mill. Plant milling system equipment is located on multiple levels and requires climbing stairs or stationary ladders to monitor and/or adjust its operation.
Must follow and comply with OSHA, IATA & IMDG industrial regulations.

The Director of Enterprise Applications for Huber Engineered Materials (HEM) is responsible for the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of the company’s enterprise applications landscape, supporting a $3 billion global manufacturing organization. Enterprise Applications Strategy & Leadership

Lead ERP rationalization efforts, upgrades, migrations, and integration strategies as the business evolves.

ERP Platform Ownership

Own the end-to-end lifecycle of Oracle ERP and multiple other enterprise platforms, including roadmap planning, enhancements, upgrades, and support.
Ensure ERP solutions effectively support global manufacturing operations, finance, supply chain, procurement, and order-to-cash processes, meeting the needs of and creating value for the business.
Partner with Global Process Owners (GPO’s) to ensure best practice business processes and standards are defined, implemented and maintained.
