Position Summary

Our TA team is growing, we are looking for someone that is looking to make a tangible impact in the organization by bringing in the best talent. You will have the opportunity to apply your knowledge, skills, and creativity to develop outside the box solutions.

This position will support Huber Engineered Materials by leading full-cycle recruitment projects, support talent acquisition initiatives, and support continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition process. 

This position will be on a hybrid schedule, based at our HQ in Atlanta, GA.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Partners with Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner to develop and understand position requirements and demonstrates a strong understanding of the talent landscape, analytics, and sourcing strategies.
  • Source and manage candidate pipelines, with active and passive candidates, by utilizing internal tools, including but not limited to LinkedIn Recruiter, industry associations, and social & digital media channels.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for a variety of roles and at different levels, including phone/video interviews.
  • Responsible for providing an exceptional candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experience by providing effective and frequent communication.
  • Scheduling interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arranging candidate travel.
  • Coordinating the pre- and post-interview debrief meetings and providing interview materials.
  • Coordinates and schedules candidate assessments.
  • Develop content for Employer Branding platforms by partnering with the HR organization to showcase our Huber Culture externally.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience, recruitment process and employer branding.

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • LinkedIn Recruiter experience required.
  • High degree of integrity, personal accountability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • 5+ years of experience managing full life cycle recruitment projects in corporate or agency setting.
  • Experience sourcing professional talent in manufacturing, chemical, and corporate environment preferred.
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
  • Proven collaborative team player who operates with a sense of urgency, and can prioritize effectively, multi-task as well as identify and develop process improvements and deliver results.
  • Must be detail oriented with project and time management skills with proven track record of meeting set deadlines, with expectation of ongoing disruptions, to provide employee/management customer service.
