Position Summary
Fusion Data Intelligence is a suite of prebuilt, cloud-native analytics applications designed to provide line-of-business users with actionable insights across HR, finance, supply chain, and customer experience domains. Built on Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse and Oracle Analytics Cloud, it offers over 2,000 prebuilt key metrics and predictive analytics to enhance decision-making. As a Fusion Data Intelligence Intern, you will support the implementation and optimization of analytics solutions within the Oracle Fusion Cloud ecosystem. This role offers hands-on experience in data integration, reporting, and predictive analytics, providing a comprehensive understanding of enterprise-level data intelligence applications.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Data Integration: Assist in analyzing data from Oracle ERP and other source systems in preparation for building semantics models and visualization
- Report & Dashboard Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Oracle Analytics Cloud, to sunset BOBJ and create executive dashboards. Work with leadership to understand required key KPIs to be presented with advanced visualization to drive the business
- Data Quality Assurance: Participate in data validation and cleansing processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across datasets.
- Predictive Analytics Support: Aid in implementing machine learning models to forecast business outcomes, detect anomalies, and mitigate risks
- Documentation & Best Practices: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, ETL processes, and reporting standards to promote best practices and knowledge sharing. Built In+2SmartRecruiters+2Startup Jobs+2Built in Oracle Docs
Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Oracle Analytics Cloud; basic understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.
