Position Summary
The Global Process Owner (GPO) – Commercial & Sales is a critical leadership role responsible for defining, standardizing, and optimizing end‑to‑end commercial and sales processes as part of Huber’s global ERP transformation. This role ensures consistent, scalable processes across business units while enabling regional flexibility where required. Partnering closely with Commercial, Sales, Finance, IT, and other Global Process Owners, the GPO plays a strategic role in driving business transformation, operational excellence, and long‑term value realization from ERP investments.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Own and define global end‑to‑end Commercial & Sales processes (Order‑to‑Cash, CRM, pricing, contracts, sales performance).
- Drive process standardization across regions while enabling necessary local requirements.
- Partner with IT and system integrators to translate business requirements into ERP design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Establish governance for commercial master data, reporting, and data quality in partnership with Master Data Owners.
- Act as a change leader, supporting adoption through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Define KPIs to measure process effectiveness and drive continuous improvement post‑implementation.
- Collaborate with other Global Process Owners (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations) to ensure integrated end‑to‑end processes.
- Serve as the primary decision authority for Commercial & Sales process design and optimization.
Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, IT, or related field;
- Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial and sales operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong expertise in Order‑to‑Cash, CRM, pricing models, customer engagement, and sales performance management.
- Proven experience leading ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or similar), including process design and business transformation.
- Demonstrated change leadership, stakeholder influence, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and project management capabilities.
- Global experience working across regions and cultures preferred.

In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
