Our team is looking for a motivated and curious HRIS Co-Op to join our Corporate HR Technology team. This is a unique opportunity to gain practical experience at the intersection of Human Resources, data, and technology—while working on projects that directly support employees across the globe.

What You'll Do
As an HRIS Coop, you’ll be a true member of the HRIS team—not just an observer. You’ll contribute to high visibility initiatives while building in demand skills used by HR technology professionals.
You’ll:
- Support HRIS projects through data auditing, reporting, and dashboard preparation
- Participate in system testing cycles, including test scripts and release readiness
- Create and maintain HRIS documentation, such as SOPs, SharePoint pages, and knowledge articles
- Collaborate with teams across Talent Acquisition, Compensation, IT, Organization Development, and Learning
- Complete project based work assigned by HRIS leads and gain exposure to real project delivery
Who You Are
You’re a student who enjoys problem solving, working with data, and learning how systems fit together. We’re looking for someone who:
- Is pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
- Is a rising senior undergraduate or graduate student
- Is comfortable using Microsoft 365 and Zoom
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Thrives in a detail oriented, fast paced environment
