Position Summary

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Sourcing & PMO, the IT Sourcing & Finance Analyst will be responsible for driving software compliance and usage and will support tactical requirements for the Strategic Sourcing team. The role is responsible for controlling IT cost for Huber IT and reviewing/approving projects.  They will ensure that business unit (particularly CP Kelco) results are accurately accounted for through the development and analysis of results and forecast updates. 


Flexible Work: This role is eligible for hybrid work with three days in the Atlanta, GA office and two day working from home each week.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Accounting (40%)

  • Complete ad hoc reporting and data entry as needed
  • Ability to create Capital Appropriation Requests (CAR); Coordinate the review and approval of Projects
  • Business partner for the ITMC team and IT Directors on forecasting, costs and preparing financial recommendation
  • Create and maintain IT Allocations for IT Enterprise services and subscriptions
  • Coordinate all IT cross charges to BU’s.  Documents all allocation methodologies.
  • Coordinates 5-year strategy plan and yearly OPB
  • Ensure timely and accurate month end closing, financial reports, and performance analysis
  • Facilitate the Accounting process for the approval and payment of new vendors
  • Keep track of contract MARCs / Credits Due
  • Maintain the Tracking, Planning and Forecasting (Variance Report) of the IT budget. Update forecasts monthly with up/downside analysis
  • Manage IT Billing & Reconciliation

Software & Asset Management (40%)

  • Maintain renewal of Subscriptions/Services
  • Manage SaaS business processes and automation
  • Perform internal inventory audits
  • Responsible for adherence to policies for Property (PPE), Asset Tracking, Spend Analytics, and financial policies for Huber IT
  • Track and Report software and hardware assets

Administrative (20%)

  • Support the execution of NDAs as needed
  • Analyze data and forecast requirements with vendors
  • Create requisitions and receive invoices
  • Other duties as needed

Education, Specialized Knowledge & Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field of study required
  • 3+ years of progressive accounting or sourcing experience
  • Working knowledge in large enterprise ERPs such as SAP or Oracle
  • Ability to use the MS Suite of products. Particularly to create PowerPoint, Power BI reports and use Excel (i.e., Spreadsheets and pivot tables)
  • Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Service-oriented and highly collaborative
  • Strong understanding of financial accounting
