Reporting to the Director of Learning and Talent Development, this position will support all learning and organizational development activities for Huber globally – drawing on deep learning design/facilitation expertise, organizational development experience, and subject-matter expertise to create innovative learning and development experiences that produce measurable impact and build upon a learning and development culture at Huber.

 

In this role you’ll be responsible for the execution and measurable outcomes of a distinct portfolio of learning solutions that shape the growth and success of the Huber workforce. As a key member on the People and Culture team, you’ll design and deliver high impact programs that support all employees. You’ll collaborate closely with our Operating Company HR Leadership and Talent Partners, HRBPs, employees and stakeholders to develop and continuously improve impactful development solutions across our collective organization.

The right candidate will have the ability to adapt learning solutions to meet the unique demands of shift-based schedules, production goals, and a hands-on workforce, all while inspiring others to reach their full potential.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the talent development needs across the business by collaborating with corporate and operating company leadership to identify learning needs.
  • In close partnership with the business, build and continuously improve onboarding, career development and learning programs to equip our employees with the knowledge and skills needed to be successful.
  • Design and deliver our portfolio of learning and development programs tailored to the fast-paced manufacturing environment, leveraging a deep understanding of its unique challenges to enhance engagement, workforce skills, productivity, and safety.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and adaptability to support Huber’s evolving business landscape.
  • Apply adult learning principles to develop effective learning solutions by staying current with industry trends, learning technologies, and best practices in modern instructional design.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and implement targeted development initiatives.
  • Lead engaging virtual and in-person workshops across all levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate organizational development workshops designed to improve group dynamics and team effectiveness.
  • Ensure all learning and development initiatives are aligned with organizational objectives and tailored for maximum impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across the Huber business to promote development opportunities.
  • Coordinate logistics, materials preparation, and communication for learning and development workshops.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of learning and development programs through feedback, performance metrics, and attendance.

Education, Specialized/Technical Knowledge, or Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Leadership/Organizational Development (OD), Adult Education, a similar field, or five years of demonstrated experience in learning and development.
  • Expert facilitator capable of consistently and optimally influencing senior leaders.
  • Experience delivering leadership development programs and courses in multiple modalities, including high-touch face-to-face and live-online using a variety of technologies.
  • History of driving positive organizational change in a demanding environment.
  • 8+ years of experience in designing and delivering world class talent development programs with proven expertise in building, scaling, and refining impactful programs, processes, and frameworks.
  • Dynamic learning and development experience within large organizations or equally sophisticated environments.
  • Vetted program and project management skills, capable of ensuring execution excellence in dynamic, agile environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted and productive working relationships with partners and stakeholders of all levels across the business.
  • Experience using learning management systems and learning and development tools.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 50% of the time, US and International.

 

This is a hybrid role with travel expectations of 50%. Travel will include collaboration in the Atlanta Headquarters as well as to our sites nationally and globally as needed to learn the needs of our diverse employee base, establish relationships, and deliver content.

Any offered salary is determined based on relevant factors such as an applicant's skills, performance, job responsibilities, prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications and market considerations.

 

U.S. Market-Based Salary Range

Learning & Talent Development Program Manager

$94,500 - $122,700

 

In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
