Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, scheduling, and management of content across various social media platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights to optimize digital marketing strategies.
- Support the development of email marketing campaigns, including drafting content and analyzing performance metrics.
- Help with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts by researching keywords, updating website content, and tracking rankings.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
- Contribute ideas for creative marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Required Skills
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s/Master’s program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or related).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, basic SEO concepts, and tools like PowerPoint/Excel; Canva or simple design skills are a plus.

Affinity for leveraging AI tools to ideate, draft, repurpose content, and analyze results—paired with strong critical thinking, brand voice alignment, and GDPR/IP awareness.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive—comfortable testing, learning, and iterating.
- Eligible to work in Germany and available [e.g., 15–20 hours/week] during semester.
