Position Summary

The Education and Training Manager will provide technical and application-based product training that supports HEW associates and select external customers. The primary focus of this role is preparing sales staff and other individuals/teams at HEW for success in their roles, and potentially expanding into developing and implementing training programs for specifiers and installers of HEW products. Working with colleagues throughout HEW, the incumbent will analyze the training needs of various constituent groups and develop relevant training to support their roles, and when the need arises, do the same for external users and customers. Because this is an individual contributor role, the E&T Manager will collaborate most closely with members of the technical services team and others throughout HEW to develop and deliver training content.
