At HEW, you will find the stability and intentional culture of a privately held firm, paired with the pace and innovation of an industry leader.
Key Responsibilities

- Model Design, Optimization, & Ownership: Manage the HEW monthly forecast and annual planning processes within Planful (SAAS planning system); you will be encouraged to evolve our reporting to better capture and predict growth initiatives
- Consultative Partnership: Drive consensus across cross-functional teams by validating inputs and providing the narrative behind financial variances to identify emerging risks and opportunities
- Continuous Improvement: Leverage our technology stack to streamline finance processes, eliminating non-value-add steps to drive efficiency and value across the organization
Strategy & Risk Intelligence:
- Executive Visibility: Synthesize macroeconomic trends, competitor intelligence, and internal metrics into high-impact presentations for the Board of Directors and Executive Leadership
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex scenario modeling, including profitability optimization, contract structure, and cap ex business cases, that directly informs our long-range strategic planning
Any other duties as assigned
Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills
- The Foundation: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CPA preferred. You bring 5-10 years of high-level experience from Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Public Accounting
- Technical Mastery: Proficiency in 3-statement modeling and scenario analysis (DCF, IRR, NPV). You possess a deep understanding of GAAP and an interest in leveraging advanced data tools (Power BI, SQL data warehouses, Alteryx) to solve complex business puzzles
The Mindset: A results-oriented self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, high-stakes environment. You bring a strong sense of urgency to your work while valuing a culture that respects professional boundaries and long-term career sustainability
