Position Summary

Consolidation of SDS’s onto one platform for all HEM locations, operated on the cloud ensuring all SDS’s(safety data sheets) are up-to-date and in a single location.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Manage Project from start to finish working closely with EHSS professional and plant tech center personnel.

Ability to quickly learn new software application after initial training. Work with individuals remotely meeting goals and objectives and timelines. Ability to organize meetings and communicate with multiple levels of managers and participants leading the project; Participate in regular meetings updating project team on progress; Participate in the testing and deployment and troubleshooting the final system integration.

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

  • Software proficiency in Microsoft Suite; Advanced working knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Working with cloud-based software programs
  • Communications and ability to quickly capture critical knowledge and apply is very important with this role.

Working Conditions

Most work can be accomplished working remotely with initial and periodic follow-up on-site meeting when zoom meeting do not accommodate as the project demands.
