Position Summary
Provide leadership and technical environmental safety and health support to the Hanover, PA site, including both the Innovation Center and the Vancouver plant. Assist with development & coordination of site environmental health and safety programs and objectives. Coordinate EHS training programs at the site. Monitor EH&S regulations and provide technical support to personnel to ensure compliance with Federal, State, local and internal environmental, health and safety. Support and maintain the Huber Sustainability Management System.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills
- Associate's degree in safety science/engineering/industrial hygiene discipline, environmental science/engineering, and knowledge of chemical manufacturing operations. Extensive experience in manufacturing operations can substitute for educational requirements.
- 3-5 years experience
- Must have good comprehension of management systems and risk based prioritization
- Must be motivated and have a passion for EHS&S

In addition to base compensation, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and profit-sharing payout.
