About the position

As an HR Generalist, you will participate in the further development and operation of the HR function at CP Kelco. You will have a varied everyday life with the opportunity to impact, develop and influence the position. We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented HR Generalist with substantial knowledge of operational HR and also have the ability to be a  trusted advisor to local managers and employees at our site in Skensved.

Areas of responsibility

As HR Generalist you will support the entire employee lifecycle and help to ensure CP Kelco has appropriate HR Support on all matters relating to employment relations, administration, and recruitment. Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

  • Assists with the development and administration of programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align the workforce with the company’s strategy
  • Participate in HR team goals and objectives and assist to establish HR measurements to support the strategic goals
  • Drive the development of local HR policies in alignment with applicable regulation and global principle and maintain employee handbook
  • Communicate and train managers and employee on HR policies, procedures, programs, and regulations etc.
  • Provide necessary education and materials to managers and employees including workshops and manuals
  • Assists in the annual salary review process and  bonus programs
  • Support implementation and progress on performance management, including training
  • Provide benefit administration services and assist employees with claim issues
  • Participating in recruitment of specialists in close cooperation with Talent Acquisition
  • Responsible of onboarding program and graduate program (coordination and facilitating)
  • Supporting the business with HR Analyzes, KPI’s, statistics and reports
  • Ensure compliance with labor law and support the organization with knowledge about labor law
  • Project manager on different development projects

About You

  • Have a master’s degree in cand.merc.HRM, psychology or similar
  • Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience within an HR department and broad knowledge within all HR disciplines.

Furthermore, you have a high drive and can identify yourself with the following:

  • Experience with recruitment, compensation, benefits, organizational planning
  • Knowledge and experience within employee communications, training and development and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge about labor law, holidays act and collective agreements (Industriens Overenskomst and Industriens Funktionær Overenskomst)
  • A good communicator and proactive in the interaction with the different key stakeholders internally as well as globally
  • Always looking for options, a go do ’er, energic and a real team player with a positive mindset
  • Project management experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English

You will be part of a local HR team consisting of four employees who help each other to succeed in a busy everyday life. Our local HR team is part of a Global HR, which consists of 30 HR employees.

Our local HR team consists of Head of HR, HR Generalist, HR Specialist and an HR Coordinator. Our everyday life is characterized by many areas of collaboration.
