We are looking for our new Sr. HR Coordinator who will be involved in a wide range of activities from HR Operations, Recruitment, HR Administration, HR Project to HRIS and HR Analytic topics.

About the position


As Sr. HR Coordinator you will be part of a team of 3 HR professionals where you will be involved in producing contracts, addenda and other employment related documents, Recruitment, providing input for the salary administration, be the supervisor for all HR systems as well as manage and communicate local HR projects for Denmark, the largest CP Kelco site in Europe.

 

We are looking for a proactive and business oriented Sr. HR Coordinator with strong operational HR skills. The successful candidate must be a trusted partner for local employees and local managers at our Lille Skensved site.

Areas of responsibility

 

You will be involved within all HR activities and matters at the Lille Skensved site related to your area of responsibility, in accordance with global HR policies and local business requirements, working with the local HR team and local employees on an almost daily basis.

 

Furthermore, you will be responsible for:

 

HR Operations

  • Produce contracts, addenda and other employment related documents incl. termination letters, severance agreements, calculations and update the system accordingly
  • Data analytics including reports
  • Implementation of any changes in labor law or CBAs
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of CBAs and local agreements
  • Identify and suggest improvement opportunities for existing processes
  • Advice managers and employees in HR-related matters (e.g. employment contract, CBAs, bonus, salary, HR systems)
  • Update and maintain HR policies, employee handbook and leader handbook
  • Close cooperation with Payroll function incl. providing input for the salary administration

 

Recruitment

  • Manage the recruitment process from job profile definition to introduction of new employee (up to grade 34) by attracting & assessing the right candidates and close collaboration with the hiring managers
  • Support recruitments in SKV level 35+
  • Manage candidate testing
  • Interview candidates

 

HR projects

  • Manage and communicate local projects
  • Input to global and local projects

 

Back up

  • For HR Coordinator
  • For HR Specialist

 

HR Analytics

 

  • Exit interviews and analysis of trends
  • Analytics and creation of statistics or reports on any HR key measurements 

 

HR processes and systems

 

  • Act as super user for all HR systems and maintain data accuracy

About You

 

  • Min. 5 years in similar position, experience in recruitment beneficial
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment or an environment with a large “blue collar” workforce is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of collective agreements and labor law
  • High level of IT skills, experience with SAP is preferred
  • Fluent in written and oral English and Danish
