Position Summary
The purpose of this role is to be the primary interface for Item and Operations master data entry and management for Europe. Operations data relates to the Formula, Routing, and Recipe data tables.
This role will ensure a high standard of data quality is maintained in Oracle EBS that is in alignment with our Global Standards and supports business sustainability and maturation.
Huber AgroSolutions (HAS) seeks a Technical Support Specialist to support specialty crop field trials, develop technical reports, and provide training on our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will have expertise in agronomy, plant nutrition, and agricultural markets, with strong communication and analytical skills. He /she will closely co-operate with product management and commercial team on defining yearly objectives.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for master data updates, which includes creation of new, update of existing, and inactivation of data attributes as required by the business and in alignment with documented business rules and standard processes.
- Subject Matter Expert in Oracle Master Data table structure, attributes, and maintenance of policies and procedures, most specifically the Item Master, BOMs, Routings, and Recipes.
- Support the governance policies and procedures for the Supply Chain Management data managed within an MDM program.
- Identify and recommend Supply Chain process and performance improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- High School diploma required; College degree preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in master data management, data integrity, ERP maintenance, and/or data analysis
- Cross-functional knowledge throughout the supply chain (manufacturing, distribution, planning, sourcing and supply, transportation)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organization skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work responsibilities
- High level of attention to detail and objective problem solving
- Fluent language skills in English and in German and/or Italian
