Position Summary
Huber AgroSolutions (HAS) is looking for a Territory Manager to develop sales of North West Italy area.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in agronomy, plant nutrition, and agricultural markets, with strong communication and analytical skills. He must have a degree in agronomical science.
He /she will closely co-operate commercial team on defining yearly objectives. This position if for a fully remote person in North West Italy.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop actual business increasing the selling of the product to old customers
- Develop new businesses, find new customers and create good relationships with them
- Build relationships with growers, consultants, and distributors to drive sales
- Collect information from the market useful to understand new opportunity to sell or risk to lose revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy. Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture or agronomic roles especially connected with sales.
- Proficiency in specialty agriculture production practices.
- English level B2-B1
- Strong negotiation skills
