Purpose of Job:
The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the main point of contact for Item and Operations Master Data entry and management across Europe. Operations data includes key elements such as Formulas, Routings, and Recipes.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining high-quality, accurate data within Oracle EBS, ensuring compliance with Global Standards and supporting the long-term sustainability and growth of the business.
Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Master Data updates, including the creation of new records, modification of existing data, and inactivation of data attributes, all in accordance with documented business rules and standard processes.
- Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Oracle Master Data table structures and attributes—particularly related to the Item Master, Bills of Materials (BOMs), Routings, and Recipes—and ensure adherence to data maintenance policies and procedures.
- Support the implementation and enforcement of governance policies and procedures for Supply Chain Management data within the Master Data Management (MDM) program.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve Supply Chain processes and performance through enhanced data practices and system efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in Master Data Management, data integrity, ERP system maintenance, and/or data analysis
- Cross-functional understanding of the supply chain, including manufacturing, distribution, planning, sourcing, and transportation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)
