Position Summary
We are looking for a Territory Manager to develop sales of North Italy area, in specific Cuneo and Asti and provinces.
You are an expert in agronomy, plant nutrition, and agricultural markets, with strong communication and analytical skills. He must have a degree in agronomical science.
You co-operate commercial team on defining yearly objectives.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop actual business increasing the selling of the product to old customers
- Develop new business finding new customers and create good relationships with them
- Build relationships with growers, consultants, and distributors to drive sales
- Collect information from the market useful to understand new opportunity to sell or risk to lose revenue
Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy. Masters degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agriculture or agronomic roles especially connected with sales.
- Proficiency in specialty agriculture production practices.
- English level B2-B1
- Strong negotiation skills

Travel Requirement
Ability to travel by car in the area assigned: 80%
