Position Summary
This role has two primary elements. One is to manage the establishment of a warehouse in a strategically oriented location in Mexico and to lead the order management and fulfillment processes to ensure high customer satisfaction for our customer base in the region.

- Provide supply chain oversight the Latin American region
- Manage all Supply Chain operations, including demand forecasting, order management, re-supply planning, inventory management, logistics, and customer feedback
- Coordinate with external warehousing and tolling partners to ensure appropriate inventory management, including adherence to a First-in-First-Out (FIFO) methodology
- This position is a key driver in ensuring finished goods availability to fulfill customer demand while optimizing inventory and supply chain costs
- Coordinate closely with Plant Operations, Customer Care, Logistics, Warehousing, Regulatory, and the Commercial team to ensure alignment of expectations, execution against the plans, and gap closure tasks are being followed
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Warehouse Management Role
• Coordinate the establishment of a warehouse facility for the business to manage shipment of products to customers and, potentially, provide re-packaging capabilities
• Manage supply into the warehouse, inventory levels, and shipment out of the warehouse to customers
Supply Chain Role
• Manage the demand forecasting process for the region; gather market insights and demand forecasts from the Commercial team, consolidate information, and contribute the forecast into the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process on a monthly basis
• Order management – coordinate with Commercial and Customer Service teams based in North America to submit customer orders, manage the fulfillment of the orders, and validate adherence to regulatory requirements
• Re-supply planning – facilitate the purchase and transfer of product from the manufacturing facilities to the local warehouse in alignment with inventory targets
• Administrative tasks such as customer and warehouse invoicing and expense submissions
Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills
• Good knowledge and experience in all supply chain areas (planning, logistics, customer care)
• Strong English speaking / writing skills
• Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment
• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or equivalent education or work experience
• Must possess business savvy and good organizational skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations, & ISO regulations
