Position Summary:
You will join the Sales team and be responsible for increasing brand visibility and sales performance by acquiring new customers and developing relationships with existing ones across the Mazowieckie, Łódzkie, and Lubelskie regions, in line with the Company’s business strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop the assigned territory by identifying new customers, opportunities, and potential market areas.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships and support up-selling and cross-selling activities in line with company strategy.
- Provide technical and commercial advice on product applications, present key benefits, handle objections, and support customers in their decision-making process.
- Cooperate with internal teams (Customer Service, Sales Support, R&D, Regulatory) to ensure effective response to customer needs.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements within the assigned territory.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Agricultural education (secondary or higher) in Agronomy, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field
- Min. 3–5 years of experience in agricultural sales or as a sales representative in the sector
- Good understanding of the agricultural market, crop cycles, and customer dynamics
- Experience with biostimulants and/or crop nutrition solutions in fruit production will be an advantage
- Category B driving license and readiness for regular field work and travel within the region
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good Polish and English skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales territory and achieve targets
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to respond effectively to customer needs
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
