Purpose of the Position
The selected candidate will join the Sales Management team with the task of increasing brand visibility and sales volumes through the acquisition of new customers or the retention of existing ones in the Mazowieckie/Łódzkie/Lubelskie area, in line with the business strategies defined by the Company.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Specifically, the person will be responsible for:
- Mapping the assigned territory to develop business opportunities by identifying new users or new market areas;
- Building and consolidating a solid relationship of trust with customers, facilitating the implementation of up-selling and cross-selling strategies based on the Company’s guidelines;
- Advising customers on products, highlighting features that are most appealing to them, providing information, and handling any objections;
- When appropriate, interacting with Customer Service, Sales Support, R&D, and Regulatory teams to share customer needs and identify the best strategies to meet them.
Requirements & Skills
- High School Diploma in Agricultural Studies or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agricultural Sciences and/or equivalent;
- Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in companies within the sector, either as an employee or as a sales agent;
- Knowledge of the industry market and its dynamics to identify new sales opportunities and consumption trends;
- Experience of biostimulants delivery to fruit produces will be considered as a plus;
- Valid category B driving license;
- Good knowledge of the Office365 suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Knowledge of English;
- Strong organizational skills to effectively plan activities and achieve sales targets within agreed timelines and problem-solving skills to address issues that may arise during the sales process and propose effective solutions;
- Negotiation skills to build mutually beneficial relationships and excellent relationship management to establish and maintain positive and lasting business relationships with customers.
